Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Creative Portfolio (available at creativeportfolio.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our platform. Mahayat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Creative Portfolio is a SaaS platform that allows creators, designers, photographers, and professionals to build, customize, and publish digital portfolio websites. The platform provides:

• Access to professional portfolio templates
• Tools to customize and personalize portfolio content
• Hosting and publishing under a unique URL
• Cloud storage for images and media files
• Social media integration and sharing features
• Subscription-based plan management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Creative Portfolio, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@creativeportfolio.online if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Creative Portfolio offers paid subscription plans. The current plans are:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

A 7-day free trial may be offered. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Creative Portfolio, including images, text, and media ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Mahayat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, obscene, or illegal under applicable law
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates the privacy of others
• Promotes discrimination, hate speech, or violence against any group

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice and to suspend or terminate the account responsible.

Each plan includes a defined storage quota. Exceeding your plan's storage limit may prevent you from uploading new files. You are responsible for managing your storage usage within the limits of your plan.

Files are stored using third-party cloud infrastructure (including AWS S3 and Cloudflare R2). While we take reasonable measures to ensure reliability, Mahayat does not guarantee uninterrupted storage and recommends keeping your own backups of important files.

Upon account termination or plan downgrade, files exceeding the new storage limit may be subject to deletion after a 30-day grace period and prior notification.

All platform assets, templates, design elements, code, logos, and branding of Creative Portfolio are the exclusive property of Mahayat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Portfolio templates are licensed to you for use within the platform only. They may not be extracted, resold, or repurposed outside of Creative Portfolio.

Your use of Creative Portfolio is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

We use third-party services including Google OAuth for authentication and social media platforms for portfolio sharing. These services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

Mahayat may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if required by law, without prior notice or liability.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Your User Content may be deleted after a 30-day retention window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahayat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mahayat in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible, and thereafter through competent courts of jurisdiction.
